Our menu is a tribute to the expertise and culinary flair of our kitchen that respects the perfect balance between flavour and aroma.
This is why we only ever use the freshest local products and finest traditional ingredients.
We hope you will enjoy meal as much as we have enjoyed preparing it.
The menu contains traditional proposals of the great Italian cuisine accompanied by dishes attentive to the well-being of the person, without ever neglecting a fundamental element "taste".
The proposals to choose from are truly numerous, a selection that will put even the most demanding guests at ease. The restaurant Caffè Ciampini exclusively uses extra-virgin olive oil and eggs from organic farming. All the raw materials selected daily are of the highest quality.

LIGHT WHITE WINES - Light Body White
From the scents, sometimes broad and mineral, which often recall sensations of fresh white-fleshed fruit (peach, apple), white and yellow flowers, aromatic herbs. On the palate they express an excellent dose of freshness suitable to support the medium structure.
Wines with an elegant bouquet, of fairly good intensity, which often presents a remarkable range of nuances, floral and fruity. In young white wines fresh bouquet is perceived having white or yellow pulp fruit, exotic or citrus fruit. On the palate express a definite sensation of freshness.

From the perfumes belonging mainly to the fruity and floral register, expressed with a certain intensity and
definition, sometimes flanked by a delicate set of spices, aromatic herbs and herbal tones. On the palate they offer freshness, almost zero or marginal tannins and adequate softness; for these characteristics they are often wines that leave already balanced and therefore easy to approach.
Wines with a rich range of odorous nuances, an elegant bouquet, of farly good intensity. The odorous
sensations are distinctly and often strongly perceived. Wines in which you perceive a neat sensation of
softness and a pleasant velvetysensation. Wines with a good structure and good balance.

LARGE STRUCTURED RED WINES - Full Bodied Red
With ample, ethereal, mineral and spicy aromas, with clear references to hints of ripe dark fruit and jam, withered flowers, tobacco, pepper, cloves and hints related to the ripening woods. On the palate they are of remarkable structure, often characterized by a strong tannic presence, warmth and adequate component of freshness. They are wines of sure longevity and authoritative persistence.
Consistent wines, wich several varied olfactory nuances. Great wines, wich often undergo long development
and obtainedfrom great vines. We perceive a strong pseudo-warm sensation. Floral, spicy, at times rather sweet (vanilla, cinnamon, ...) other times more penetrating and prickly (black pepper). This bouquet can be found exspecially after aging wines with a definite sensation of freshness and dryness and rought sensation.
